GT Spirit makes some very nice resin models in 1:18 scale and they recently they broke off great news for 2018 by revealing 2018 Chevrolet Silverado-Z71 – Centennial Edition in 1:18, which to be released by mid 2018. But GT Spirit did a splash yesterday by announcing the big news about the upcoming 2017 Ford F150 Raptor in its Facebook Page and that made my day! Yes the pre-production sample looks so good and it took my breath away in a flash!
This Ford F150 Raptor looks hot even in this very subtle color! The signature blue would have been a great car but this white is a great starting point to open doors to a diecast 1:18 Ford F150. The raised stance and purpose build look is kept in tact, which GT Spirit is know for. I personally like that huge Raptor decal and the beefy wheels.
I have never been this excited before for a GT Spirit or any other resin model but my perception started changing when I first opened door to the GT Spirit Mercedes Benz G500 4×4 Squared then my take on resin models change. I guess this F150 Raptor will kindle even deep love for resins! Lets see. GT Spirit have not released any price or release dates but they have mentioned that those will come up in weeks to follow. So for the time being all we can do is wait! But we will keep our eyes open for any updates! Till time… Ciao.
PS: This 1:18 Ford F150 Raptor will hits market officially by April and pre-order are open in GT Spirit website, at a yummy price of 119.90€ the pre-order record is filling in fast! Yes only 999 will be produced, so hurry.
