- Some time back we broke the news about the Maisto’s plan to release its second AMG product in 1:18 the mighty Mercedes Benz AMG GT! This news created some ripples and that time we dint have pics to show as they were not released by Maisto. But here is an update to that news… Few days back Maisto’s Daily Dose blog showed this beautiful photographs of the prototype Mercedes Benz AMG GT in bright Yellow AKA Solarbeam and the subtle Silver AKA Iridiumsilver.
Going with what we saw in these pics the model is a worth contender in the budget AMG! The Mercedes Benz SLS AMG had most budget collectors heart and this AMG GT had all the stuff to repeat history! I am guessing that the final production model will have a better finish and also gets those info screen filled with some decal! I am a big time AMG lover and this Mercedes Benz AMG GT may take a spot in my garage if Maisto gives me a slight better finish than Norev! Ha finally do let me know which color do you prefer? Yellow or Silver? And how many of us wants that bright green that Norev makes?
