If cat vs dogs is a rival that is there since day one, car vs motorbike is a rivalry that started since these two are invented! So today’s photo session is all about this and our candidate for this diecast photography session is the very old 1:18 Maisto Audi R8 V10 and Yamaha R8. And the background is my home made diorama piece that gives a backyard feel.
The bike guy here is “Taka” (click here for full review) and I took him because he is wearing a cool brown leather jacket, blue jean and brown leather shoes, which all gives him a rider kind vibe! His hairstyle also gives him that biker blood into him.
Then came our car guy is a part of Organic Badboys Glare of eyes Vol.4 (click here for a full review) and looks like a kind of person who drives a swanky red Audi R8 running a V10 motor. He comes in style to this meet in a black jacket with bold prints and blue jeans.
Let the war begin… First the car guy starts with how big the engine is and this Audi R8 V10 Plus has a massive V10, which take this round as the Yamaha R6 only has a 600cc transverse inline four! This Audi R8 comes with all sort of bells and whistles like a jazzy audio system, air conditioner, ABS, air bag and it can also go fast (as fast as 200mph)
This bike may just have a tiny engine but it puts out a healthy 125bhp shooting this beast to its top speed of 160mph, so this definitely is not a slouch! But the bike is all about freedom, wind in your face both on track and on streets, so if its freedom you want go far a bike!
We know that this is a age a long debate and no one will come down a conclusion! I am a bike guy all my life and will definitely take this Yamaha R6 in real or in scale model form. But this Maisto Audi R8 V10 plus is also a cool car, if the R6 was not in the scene I would say R8 is cooler! So today’s fun debate goes without a solution as usual!
